#NetGalleyLibrary, #Readathon
The April edition of Dewey's 24 Hour #Readathon, starting on the 25th, coincided with the weeklong #NetGalleyLibrary readathon, running from the 20th to the 26th. Going into the week I was finishing books and I didn't want them counted towards my count.
I finished six books this week, one of which was in the 24 hour period, and page count progress was made in others, such to the degree that I expect to finish one in the next day or so and see finishing five in the coming week more than feasible. The great thing about readathons is you push yourself and you define your success. I did what I set out to do and positioned the rest of my reading to go smoothly. It was fun!Yesterday I half unknowingly deleted all my downloaded files, including one of my archived shelf books. BUT I HAVE IT IN POCKETBOOK! I generally try to read my books 10% at a time. This book is < 250 pgs. For every tenth I read I'll allow myself one request. #netgalleylibrary— Vickie Vaporu // JoATMoN (@QueenofBasPays) April 21, 2020
